Every tour agency/operator is able to book hotel for its clients. There are few tour agents who know what their clients want.
Since the foundation of Jumbo Thai in 1997, booking rooms for tourist has been our main job.
We reserve rooms for group of 40 Austrians, a family of parents and kids, honeymooners or individual business man.

Jumbo Thai has knowledge on what our clients need. European clients would like to stay in hotel from 3 to 5 stars with bathub.
Hotels have to serve beers for them especially Austian & German tourist. Drinking beer is the first activity they do after arriving hotel.
European clients also do not want to stay in same floor with Chinese tour group. The characteristic of Chinese middle age group is chatting with loud noise which is unfamiliar to Europe and American tourists. Jumbo Thai knows that so we will book a different hotel.

A family who visits Thailand will be in another side. We have to choose a connecting room for parents and other rooms for their children.
Kids should stay with their dads and moms and leaving children in a different room is not a good idea.  If they are too young, they have chances to do dangerous activities. Jumbo Thai will not let this situation happend. The safety of our clients is the first thing we think about.

If honeymooners are going to spend their romantic holidays in Thailand, we have solutions for them.
Many couples do not know that booking 'whatever-that-seems-to-be-a-romantic-hotel' is not the best choice.
They cannot imagine the dream of drinking cocktails, holding each other and making love on sunbathing chair near hotel swimming pool will be interupted by the screaming of kids playing in their background! There are some hotels in Samui, Phuket and Koh Pha Ngan who aims their target to honeymooners.
This kind of hotel does not allow guest whose age is under 15 to accommodate (age can be varied). Therefore, any couples staying there can be assured to have their heaven-like honeymoon trip!

How about a business man coming to Bangkok for his business trip? Normal businessmen does not stay in luxury hotel.
They tend to stay in 3-star hotel located in city center with Wi-Fi internet connection. This is important for them because staying in city center is more convenience for going to places like Sukhumvit, Sathorn or Nana. Not to mention that free Wi-Fi internet connection is a must.
